Big and Little Week!!

It's that time again.. or it was. I took another Little (a little sis in the sorority).. Her name is Justine, she's a freshman and we are perfect for eachother. She just told me that the other day someone heard her loud mouth talking in the other room and they thought she was me.. her response? It's because Corinne's my BIG, duh! Love this girl. So in this past week I had to run around decorating her room, her car, making her presents (so crafty!) and trying to trick her into thinking I wasn't her big... that part didn't work out so well.

These are our shirts that, with the help of Gail, I tie dyed for us! Trust me, that makes perfect sense.

Here is her mug and candle I made her for reveal! They both say "Big Sis Corinne, Lil Sis Justine."

This is how I attacked her room! She told me she jumped on her balloon bed, perfect!

and here is just one window of the damage I did on her car! I love me some Big/Little week.

Pumpkin Carving!

To complete my weekend at home, Cameron, my grandma and I carved pumpkins! (My dad helped cleaning out the insides, my grandpa helped cut off the tops and my mom and Maegan kept us company).

Cameron carved the Colts logo for his football team!
I carved a "boo!" face!

...and apparently my grandma's pumpkin was feeling very sick. = ]

I can't wait for Thanksgiving!! (24 days AND Casey will be home!)

Childhood Treasures!

Today Maegan, Cameron and I took a random trip to Toys R Us.. Which inspired me to dig through some old toys I knew I had up on my shelf in my closet and I found my collection of Polly Pockets! Oh how I miss being a kid.. But walking through Toys R Us made me think of how exciting it will be when I have kids of my own to buy these fun toys for! (ps this is my second blog post from my phone).

The Murray Birthdays!!

it was Maegan's 21 birthday on Tuesday!

We went out on Monday night so that Maegan could have a drink at midnight and on Tuesday we went out to dinner to the Cheesecake factory with a bunch of friends! My parents sent Mae some flowers, a balloon and some chocolate, so sweet!

It was fun to finally be able to have a drink out with my roomie!

and last Monday was Michael Murray's (Maegan's dad) birthday! He passed away May 18, 2011 so we wanted to honor him and have a birthday party for him! The girls, Gail and Nat, decorated the apartment like a Fiesta while Mae and I were in meeting. We got back and she was so surprised and happy! We sang and had champagne and cake!
